Did you know that the fee on your bill covers the cost of conveying water from the Stanislaus River through an extensive network of flumes and waterways, and maintaining our senior water rights that date back to 1854?

In recent years, the need for comprehensive water management and preparedness has become increasingly evident due to various factors such as climate change, population growth, and water scarcity. A Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) serves as a roadmap for managing water resources during normal conditions as well as in times of crisis, such as droughts, floods, or infrastructure failures.

Did you know that our base rate includes the cost of providing exceptional services to assist our customers and resolve water related issues? Our office staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and delivers outstanding customer service.

Did you know that your water bill includes the cost of maintaining, repairing and upgrading our aging water infrastructure? We must preserve our system to continue providing safe and reliable service to our customers.
